Wimped out on a proposed 8.2 mile run. This is a good step towards speed, but a long way from where I need to be with the Chiller Challenge in only two weeks
Treadmill run. Decided to skip 3.2 miles and do 3.3. The reason is that the Omaha Running Club's Chiller Challenge is a month earlier than last year. If I could run a comparable time, a month earlier, that would be great.
Started out the trek to the 2007 Lincoln Marathon. During the winter I will be running increasing lengths on the treadmill, all in 25 minutes. It starts with 3.1 miles and will culminate with a 4-mile run in 25 minutes.
